INFORMATION – FERMETURE ESTIVALE

Our company will be closed for the annual holiday break from August 7, 2026, to August 17, 2026, inclusive.

Please also note that most of our factories and suppliers will be closed from August 7, 2026, to August 23, 2026, inclusive. Consequently, orders placed during this period for parts that are "not in stock – available to order" or "out of stock" cannot be processed for procurement until August 24, 2026; the indicated lead times will therefore begin on that date.

 

For your information, the final order for LOMBARDINI / KOHLER parts must be placed no later than July 22, 2026, to ensure it is processed and shipped by the factory before the closure; any orders received after this date will not be processed by the factory until they reopen (August 24, 2026).

 

 

 

 

Expédition des Commandes

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except holiday).

 

- All orders finalized before 12:00 whose parts are available in stock are shipped the same day (excluding engine order). 

 

- All orders finalized after 12:00 whose parts are available in stock are shipped the next business day.

 

Orders placed in high season (March, April and may) will suffer delays in processing due to the overload of order and the human size of our company, thank you for your understanding.

- For all past orders whose parts are either out of stock or parts are not available in stock or subject to specific supplier orders, we will keep you informed of the deadlines as the progress progresses.

 

Except in special cases, orders are always delivered complete in one shipment.

 

For each shipment, a parcel tracking number will be sent by e-mail in order to follow the delivery of your order from our warehouse to your home, company...

 

The post office Colissimo France, overseas (DOM/TOM) and international

- Delivery France Metropolitan in Colissimo followed 48h (working days, indicative deadlines) by ColiPoste but also delivery overseas (DOM/TOM) and international (4 to 15 working days following destination).

- A parcel tracking number will be sent by E-mail

- Parcel tracking on www.colissimo.fr Only the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery times.

- The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.

- Orders with an amount greater than €300 TTC will be delivered free of charge in Colissimo suivi (Metropolitan France only).
