TechniDiscount informs these customers that the photographs, texts, information and characteristics illustrating the products sold are given for illustrative purposes only and do not enter the contract field. TechniDiscount's liability may not be incurred if any unwanted errors are inserted or modifications by the manufacturers are added.The spare parts sold on TechniDiscount can only be used for applications recommended by the manufacturer and mounted by a professional under his sole responsibility. If incorrect Assembly or improper use of parts on a machine would occur, TechniDiscount would not be liable for this.

 

Price

The prices shown on www.technidiscount.com are inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. TechniDiscount reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the prices will remain on the basis of the price in effect at the time of ordering.

Rules of payment

Several methods of settlement are proposed :

• Online payment by credit card: secure transaction with SECURECODE-3D SECURE

• Payment by bank transfer (processing of the order upon receipt of the transfer): our Bank identification statement (R.I. B) will be sent to you after you have validated your order

 

3D secure information

3-D secure is a secure payment protocol on the Internet. Deployed under the trade names verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, 3-D Secure was developed by Visa and MasterCard to allow merchants to limit the risks of Internet fraud linked to attempted impersonation. It is to ensure that the card is used by the cardholder during each online payment. In this case, both the merchant and the card holder's Bank are equipped, an additional step takes place at the time of payment. In addition to the credit card number, the expiration date of the card and the three digits of the security code (printed on the back of the card), the user must enter a password, such as his date of birth (simple authentication) or a dynamic code for use one (strong authentication).

 

Delivery

Products purchased from TechniDiscount are available in France, overseas and internationally.The processing time of an order made on TechniDiscount consists of the preparation time (the majority of orders are processed within 24 hours) and the delivery time which depends on the carrier and the destination.TechniDiscount will not be held responsible due to delayed delivery, in case of delay found by TechniDiscount, an email will be sent to inform you of it.

For orders of more than €300 TTC, shipping costs will be offered for a shipment in mainland France only.

The goods dispatched travel at the risk of the addressees, so it is for the latter to exercise their remedies against the carriers. In the event of an error on the part of the recipient, Technidiscount will not be held responsible, its obligation to deliver will be considered valid and fulfilled.The shipping and packing costs that follow will therefore be borne by the consignee/purchaser. For a payment by cheque or bank transfer, the order will be processed only upon receipt of the cheque or bank transfer, the applicable deadlines will be those on the day of receipt of payment.

 

Availability

Orders placed by TechniDiscount customers will be honored within the limits of available stocks. If a product ordered is no longer available, TechniDiscount will inform its customers by specifying the delivery time, if that is not accepted by the customer, a refund takes place and will be sent on behalf of the customer who placed the order.

 

Return order-refund

TechniDiscount undertakes to reimburse or to exchange products not corresponding to the order placed by its customers (defective product, non-conforming, different...).Each customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his parcel to contact our customer service in order to agree an Exchange or a refund (excluding product ordered specially).The parcel must then be returned with the prior consent of our customer service.

 

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The parcel must be returned in Colissimo 48 with discount against signature and insured in the amount of the merchandise.The exercise of the right of withdrawal under conforming conditions (see above) gives rise to the reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned items, the costs of return are borne by the customer.However, if the withdrawal is due to the receipt of a part other than the one ordered, technidiscount.com takes charge of the return costs incurred by the customer at the rate of the post Colissimo followed or technidiscount.com will send to the customer a voucher of Colissimo prepaid return.

 

The returned products must imperatively arrive at Technidiscount.com:

• before the expiration of 14 working days,

• new (not assembled, unused),complete

• and in their original undamaged packaging.

 

Upon receipt of the returned parcel, our return service or after-sales service will check the integrity of the product and initiate the refund procedure. Reimbursement is made up to the amount paid by the customer, net of the shipping costs incurred by technidiscount.com.For purchases benefiting from shipping charges offered, a lump sum of €9 TTC or 15 € TTC (for heavy parcels in particular) will be deducted from the refund.

Technidiscount.com insists that the product must be perfectly new (or unpacked very cleanly) when it returns so that the refund can take place.Products arriving at Technidiscount.com that are not new or damaged will be refused under the right of return. They will not be entitled to reimbursement. The client will be informed by e-mail of the rejection of his return request as well as the reasons for the rejection. Within seven (7) days of receiving this e-mail, the customer has the opportunity to let Technidiscount.com know, by e-mail or by phone, that he wishes to recover his rejected item.

 

For this it must send to Technidiscount.com a cheque of 8.10 euros VAT as participation in the shipping costs in Colissimo.Parts which are not managed in stock and which have been the subject of a specific supply at the customer's request will not be subject to a request for recovery, Exchange or reimbursement (except in case of guarantee).Any returns must be authorized by an acceptance number on the part of TechniDiscount, no refund or Exchange will be made without this number.

 

 

Guarantees

All products purchased on TechniDiscount are provided with a legal guarantee of hidden defects. For any problems, do not hesitate to contact us. The purchase invoice is obligatory in order to benefit from the guarantee of the products.

 

The warranty does not take into account:

• Improper use of products

• A product handling error

• The obsolescence of the products

• Improper Assembly of products

 

Applicable law-litigation

In case of litigation, the competent court will be the commercial court of Villefranche S/S (France)
